Shipping & delivery
Dispatch, carriers, packaging and transit.
Dispatch: Orders are dispatched once the order is confirmed and payment terms are met. Tracking details are shared on dispatch.
Domestic: Shipped through established courier and transport partners, or collected from our works on request.
Export: Shipped by air or sea under the Incoterms agreed in the quotation (for example EXW, FOB or CIF). Export documentation is provided with the shipment.
Packaging: Products are packed to protect precision surfaces during transit.
Transit insurance: Available on request.
Damage in transit: Report any visible damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the package and contents.
