A straight bevel gear set made to a customer's drawing: a 98-tooth gear and a 35-tooth pinion at module 1.5, turning motion through 90° with a 2.8 : 1 reduction.
The set comes with its support block. The gear hub runs in the block's 38 mm bore and the pinion on its 16 mm stub, so the block holds both gears at their mounting distances. The gear drives through a broached 20 mm square bore.
All three parts are EN19 alloy steel, bright zinc plated against corrosion.
