Square thread leadscrews, Ø3 to 50 mm, pitch 1 to 10 mm, made by thread cutting to customer requirement.
The square thread has flanks square to the axis. It was the original power screw form; the ACME thread replaced it largely because straight flanks are difficult to manufacture. Where a square thread is specified, we make it by thread cutting.
Square thread leadscrews are made to order, Ø3 to 50 mm with pitch 1 to 10 mm.
