These Terms of Use govern your use of malkar.in (the "Website"), operated by Malkar Industries, a partnership firm, D-260, MIDC TTC Industrial Area, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400705, India, GSTIN 27AAFFM6816M1ZU ("Malkar Industries", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Orders for products and services are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale and by the quotation or order acknowledgement for that order, not by these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

You may use the Website to learn about our products and services, download published materials for your own business use, and contact us. You agree not to:

Nothing on the Website grants you a licence to use our trade marks.

You may view, download and print pages and catalogues for your internal business use, such as evaluating or ordering our products, provided you keep all copyright and other notices. You may not otherwise copy, modify, republish, sell or distribute any content, or use it to manufacture or have manufactured products, without our prior written permission.

3. Product information and technical data

We take care to keep product information accurate and current, but specifications, dimensions, images, availability and lead times may change without notice and may contain errors. Images may be illustrative.

Technical data, charts and calculators on the Website, including speed and feed values, blank diameters and pitch recommendations, are for reference only. Results depend on your machine, material, set-up and operating conditions; better results may be obtained by trials on the machine. You are responsible for verifying that a product or setting is suitable for your application. Information on the Website does not constitute a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Prices, lead times and terms are confirmed only in our written quotation or order acknowledgement. Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance.

When you send us an enquiry, drawing, document or other material through the Website ("Submissions"):

• you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights;
• you allow us to use it to respond to you, prepare quotations, manufacture or supply what you order, and provide support;

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website.
